Self-Paced Learning

Complete a series of foundational online modules covering personality traits, drivers, derailers, competencies, and human performance. These build your understanding before the live training begins.

Personalized Feedback Session

Experience CORE™ first-hand. After completing your own assessment, you receive a personalized feedback session that deepens understanding and models the humanistic approach.

Attend Virtual Training

Attend an immersive virtual session (2 days for Practitioner; 1 day for Recruitment) where you practice interpreting real reports, explore diverse profiles, and strengthen your confidence through applied learning.

Certification Call

Demonstrate your ability to interpret a report and deliver human-centered, actionable feedback while collaborating with a master coach. Successful completion earns your official certification.

Practitioner Certification
