Overcoming Unconscious Bias
Break patterns, change views, develop empathy and become open to methods for overcoming unconscious bias.
This session pairs the awareness identified in Foundations of Unconscious Bias with strategies for authentic organizational inclusivity and diversity. Participants learn techniques for changing perspectives, deepening empathy, and changing culture. When we practice both empathy and curiosity, we are more open-minded and less judgmental. The quality of our decision-making improves because we have been less biased and more inclusive in the information we’ve gathered.
