Overview

Human Edge’s intensive learning modules quickly ramp up an organization’s intellectual capital through upskilling and reskilling, enhancing employee engagement and overall productivity. Designed to run from 1 – 4 hours, in a blended format of facilitated and self-paced tasks, these topics can be “interlocked” with one another to develop a specialty or intensify a set of skills.

Delivered through a blended format with a facilitator or just self-directed.

Modular learning is more efficient than traditional longer-duration courses and helps the organization scale skill, capability, and leadership quickly:

  • Modules offer easy and ready content so learners can work at their own pace, wherever and whenever they’re “ready.”
  • Interlocking courses are focused on one topic, without an overload of information, so learner retention is high.
  • By taking in small pieces of information, at their own pace, comprehension requires less effort.
  • Modular learning course content focuses on 1-2 learning objectives, and, as a result, yields 4-5 learned takeaways (on average).
  • Experiential learning allows participants to practice new skills and grow their confidence.
