Overview

Executive coaching brings a new level of awareness to leaders to open opportunity for redefining themselves. With Human Edge, our certified international coaches work with an array of diagnostic tools, assessments, interviews, and observations to map a journey to transformation.

Acceleration Coaching

A tailor-made coaching program with clear objectives to address a critical gap(s), build confidence, and accelerate leader development. Aimed at high potentials and leaders with upward mobility. Length: 6 – 9 months

Transition Coaching

A personalized coaching strategy that mitigates risk of failure during transition. Highly recommended for leaders and critical roles to ensure individuals successfully takes on a new position or additional responsibility.

Laser Coaching

An individualized coaching program developed to elevate and intensify competency in a specific area. Individuals are paired with an expert. These engagements are shorter and highly focused. Length: 1 – 5 sessions
