Share a referral with us – and if it leads to new business, you get rewarded.

  1. Share Referral: Just email us the contact you’re referring.
  2. We Take It From There: Our team reaches out, shares our value proposition, and qualifies the referral.
  3. You Get Rewarded: Once a deal closes, you receive your chosen incentive within 30 days.

Effective Date: 1 May, 2025

By participating in the Human Edge Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):

 Eligibility

  • The Program is open to existing clients of Human Edge and is .
  • Employees of Human Edge are not eligible for rewards but may submit referrals.

 Qualified Referrals

A “Qualified Referral” is a company that:

  • Is not already an existing client or active sales prospect of Human Edge.
  • Is referred through the official referral form or direct email introduction.
  • Engages in a paid service with Human Edge within 12 months of the referral.
  • Human Edge reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether a referral meets the criteria.

 Reward Eligibility

The referring customer company will receive one of the following rewards for each Qualified Referral that results in a signed contract and paid engagement:

  1. 50% discount off the next billable 50 Human Edge assessments, before VAT.
  2. Receive 10% off the total of your next Human Edge invoice, before VAT, to be credited towards the next invoice.
  3. Receive a 10% credit based on the initial annual volume of the new customer referred. The 10% credit would be placed towards your next Human Edge invoice and is based on the revenue generated in the first 12 months (from first order).
  4. Receive 20 complementary CORE Sales Assessments
  5. Receive 20 complementary CORE Potential Assessments
  6. Receive 20 complementary CORE Up e-learning user licenses
  • Only one reward is granted per referred company. If multiple referrers submit the same company, the reward goes to the first valid submission.
  • Rewards are issued within 30 days of contract signature.

 Limitations

  • Self-referrals are not eligible.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and are awarded to the organization associated with the referral submission. Individuals may not claim personal entitlement to the reward.
  • Human Edge reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value.

 Program Changes

  • Human Edge may update, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any referrals submitted before the change will be honored under the previous terms.

 Privacy

  • By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred party’s permission to share their contact details.
  • Referral submissions are handled in accordance with Human Edge’s Privacy Policy.

 General

  • This Program is void where prohibited by law.
  • Disputes or eligibility questions will be resolved by Human Edge in its sole discretion.
  • All of Human Edge General Terms & Conditions apply.
