Sarah Martin

Sarah Martin is an ICF ACC Executive Coach, AGILE Scrum Master, and CORE feedback coach with 20 years background in developmental & organizational psychology, education, guidance counselling and cognitive behaviour therapy in Australia & Europe.

She is passionate about human transformation and the ripple-out effect of meaningful change in family and business systems, communities, and at the global level. She specializes in motivation & engagement, resilience, work-life balance, accountability & achievement, influence, networking, confidence, managing conflict, leading change and workplace re-entry after family leave.

She coaches people, not problems, encouraging clients to consider their whole self. Sarah creates a safe place for clients to explore limiting assumptions and deepen the client’s understanding of their unique strengths and challenges, helping them find and tell their stories, reframe the ones holding them back, and create the story they truly want to live.

In the coaching process she touches upon where professional meaning and life purpose meet, identifying resistance and experiencing it dissolve with the emergence of solutions that bring about measurable impact.

She uses her own iimpact Process & Being model centered around the client’s agenda, and moves flexibly through the stages iknow + igrow (- resistance) = iimpact, into a place of greater professional and personal efficacy, purpose, meaning, and balance with the client.

What clients can expect from Sarah:

Through skilled listening, questioning, deepening, challenging, reflecting, and creative techniques exploring behavioral experience and somatic resonance, Sarah’s clients experience her guiding accompaniment as they journey toward their goals. Whatever the challenge, she creates a space where clients can raise their awareness, dissolve resistance, and turn the emerging solutions into meaningful impact.
