He is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) and is a solution-focused coaching through ICF-accredited Solutions Surfers / Peter Szabo. Michael has followed a rigorous training on Virtual Coaching with Ashridge Executive Education (Virtual Action Learning – Ghislaine Caulat). Additionally, he is licensed to use several psychometric tests (CORE, Firo B, MBTI) and introduces them when appropriate to coaching sessions.

For 15 years, Adam was one of three directors who developed and led the Cooper’s & Lybrand change management methodology (adopted globally in 1997) and co-authored the C&L publication “Change Management – a guide to getting it right.” While at Watson Wyatt, Adam worked with the managing partners and executive team to institute account management thinking, systems, practices, and behaviours.
Adam has lived and worked abroad. In his professional life. His work has taken him to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Spain, Italy, the USA, and Africa.
Adam holds a B.A. Hons in International Relations from Keele University and an MBA from The Wharton Business School. Adam is a CORE™ Certified Executive Coach, a certified coach from Tavistock Consultancy Service (part of the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust), a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
