At Vorwerk we use the CORETM Leadership assessment to create more self-awareness and support our key talents with their individual development planning. It provides additional insights in building successful careers and leadership advancement. The feedback of this group of talents was exceptionally positive. On top, based on the aggregate data analysis we gained insights into the bench strength of their succession pipeline and a blueprint of their leadership culture.
