With a strong foundation in psychodynamic approaches, Gizem began her career as a psychotherapist, helping individuals uncover hidden patterns and guiding personal transformation. Over time, her focus expanded from individuals to organizations, where she sought to uncover development opportunities, fostering meaningful change.

Gizem recently completed her Master’s Degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology at the University of Bologna and has been working with Human Edge as an Intern. 

With experience in visualization with artificial intelligence tools, Gizem is looking forward to developing creative solutions through psychological insights, to accompany people in their professional journey.

As an Instructional Designer at Human Edge, Gizem will bring together different aspects of psychology, creating transformative learning experiences and impactful solutions.

In her free time, Gizem enjoys creative writing, shooting analogue photography, and spending time with her cat.

Mark coaches and trains. He coaches to move mindset. He trains to embed new skills. He’s at his best when jumping between the two; he loves coaching clients to find the perfect training for them, and training clients to open up profound coaching experiences.

His specialist areas include communication, negotiation, building strategy, KPls and OKRs, project management, diversity and inclusion, interview technique, recruitment, presentation skills, sales, feedback, performance management, and career conversations, across a range of sectors. Mark grew up German-English bilingual. He’s been translating across the two sides of his family and bridging the gaps in effective communication from the very start. Training as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, gave him a deep technical and emotional understanding of voice, speech, and language. Alongside his acting work, Mark forged a career as a role-player, coach, facilitator, and course designer, in a range of corporate learning and development programs. He’s enjoyed work with Unilever, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, AstraZeneca, Google, and many, many others.

He has been Head Coach at London Speech Workshop since 2023. Mark also has a wealth of experience working inside SME and start-up environments. He was Managing Director of BLOK, an omni-channel health and fitness start-up with over 200 staff and global customer reach. So he knows how to succeed from the inside too. In his 4 years there he increased GP margin from 40% to 60%, footfall by 203%, average class capacity from 25% to 72%, and launched the digital product, BLOKtv in a pandemic pivot, which acquired 35k users in 134 countries within 6 months.

Dr. Sepehr Jalali is a visionary AI architect with a PhD in machine learning and several years of postdoctoral research at leading universities, including the National University of Singapore, City University of London, and UCL.

Throughout his multifaceted career, Sepehr has seamlessly blended academic rigor, industry innovation, and technical leadership to drive advancements in AI. He has successfully led high-performing teams in designing and deploying state-of-the-art solutions across computer vision, natural language processing, and multi-modal learning. His work emphasizes deep learning models, edge deployment, and cloud-based AI systems, with a strong focus on transforming advanced research into practical, real-world applications.

In addition to his research and industry contributions, Sepehr has been deeply engaged in teaching and mentoring, guiding students through their theses and fostering the next generation of AI talent. Known for his collaborative and hands-on approach, he excels at working with diverse teams to solve complex challenges. Sepehr takes pride in leveraging his expertise to drive meaningful advancements in AI technology, delivering innovative solutions with a tangible, real-world impact.

Tori is an expert in Partnerships, marketing and business development coming to Human Edge with over 10 years of experience from the tech industry.

Tori is driven by creating human relationships in business and leveraging both EQ and IQ to drive performance and help create win-win situations for partners and internal teams. She is an American expat living in France for over 12 years, and she has specialized in helping European companies scale internationally. She speaks both French and English fluently, and can speak a bit of Spanish.

Tori has managed people in over 18 countries, and she has a unique perspective on how business leaders make decisions and how to build and manage effective teams.

Tori has a bachelor degree in Political Science and French from Illinois State University. She is very experienced in large deal structuring as well as volume based businesses. In her early career, she was working in marketing as an Event Manager.

In her free time, Tori loves enjoying the South of France where she lives as well as her dog Arlo.

Szabina has a degree in Special Needs Education, majored in Learning Disabilities and Difficulties and Behavioral Difficulties.

Magdalena is a linguist, educated in the filed of managerial linguistics and cognitive applied linguistics.

For almost 7 years, she was a part of a global management consultancy, McKinsey & Company, supporting Managers, Directors and Partners.

Privately, a music and sport enthusiast, and passionate about foreign languages.

Rufaro is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience with several global organizations and sectors. Her expertise includes banking & financial services, socio-economic development, executive search, impact investment, strategy, human capital development, consulting and advisory. She has also lived and worked in multiple countries, cultural settings across several continents.

She sits as a non-executive director on a listed FMCG company, a listed diversified Agribusiness and a specialist Fiduciary Financial Services company in addition to serving as a volunteer Trustee and Board member on a number of not for profits in the women empowerment and conservation and environmental restoration space.

Rufaro is passionate about developing people and the leader within. She has trained & coached leaders and leadership teams through change/ business transitions, in dealing with group dynamics, use of self, and resilience in turbulent and crisis environments. She combines a coaching style of active listening, powerful enquiry and facilitating productive exchange.

Christina combines her 15+ years of coaching experience with 20 years of managerial experience in the professional services industry (as business unit director, CEO, founder, partner), and 10+ years as a board member and chair in organizations of different kinds (five public, several private and family-owned companies, foundations and NGOs). During her 20 years as a consultant, Christina has worked with dozens of companies from all sectors to develop leadership, strategy, culture and governance.

Originally a Ph.D in marketing and customer loyalty, a key interest during Christina’s career in both managerial, consultative and board roles has been to understand, influence, manage and measure human behavior in organizations, be it as customers or employees. She has a holistic view of humans, and believes all good leadership starts with self-leadership and optimized health and wellbeing. Her first coaching experience is from the 1990’s, when she trained as a junior golf coach, and grew her club’s pool of active girl juniors to become Finland’s largest.

Christina works with individual leadership as well as management team coaching and development initiatives. She combines her coaching work with the part-time roles of Professor of Practice at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki (department of management and organization), and several board and nomination committee positions.

With more than 25 years of international experience in leadership development and finance, Adi possesses a unique global cultural orientation, having worked with global Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofits across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Davide has an impressive career history. Most recently, Davide held the position of Innovation Team Leader at Aon Assessment Solution, where he was responsible for integrating machine learning technologies into the company’s assessment portfolio. Furthermore, Davide recently graduated with a PhD from the University of Galway, where he specialized in cross-cultural and nonverbal personality judgments in the employment interview. He began his professional journey at cut-e, where he gained extensive and hands-on experience in all the areas of cognitive and personality assessment.

Davide has demonstrated a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence. He has a passion for empirical and conceptual enquiry on how humans join their efforts and work together toward the completion of ambitious goals.

At Human Edge, Davide is responsible for planning and implementing research programs, leveraging extensive experience and expertise to enhance Human Edge thought leadership and scientific stance.

Sophie is an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach, and has partnered with hundreds of organizations from various industries, ranging from early stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, empowering leaders to achieve their team’s goals. As the first employee at Torch, a VC backed tech scaleup in Silicon Valley, she built both the coach operations and customer success departments from scratch, experiencing first hand what it takes for a company to go from an idea to a series C raise. Prior to living in the US, Sophie worked as an HR leader in the non-profit space, building and leading the People Operations department of an NGO that brings safe sanitation solutions to hundreds of families in Peru.

Sophie is passionate about helping individuals expand their self-awareness. She firmly believes that the workplace needs to be leveraged as a unique environment to grow as human beings, in order for each of us to connect to our true purpose and have the best possible impact on our surroundings.

Sophie holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University, with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching. She has lived and worked in three continents and speaks German, Spanish and English fluently. When she’s not working, she enjoys chasing her one-and-a-half-year-old son around, observing his little personality shine through and trying to decipher his first words. She enjoys running half-marathons, loves experimenting with her Thermomix in the kitchen, and tending to her vegetable garden. Sophie and her family recently moved back to her hometown, Vienna, after living abroad for ten years.

She has deep expertise in change and transformation management with an agile mindset and approach. Farsana is passionate about leadership and executive development. At Human Edge, Madeleine supports learning initiatives, leadership and team development programs, and psychometric research, helping organizations make informed decisions about their people. She is also in the process of earning her Coactive Coaching Certification to further develop her coaching skills. Sonja Robinson is an executive coach focused on establishing relationships of mutual trust. Acting as a thought leader within talent management, Sonja coaches individuals and teams at middle and senior level to enhance personal and professional learning and growth, increase performance, and deliver impactful results for the organization. With an expertise in designing and managing customized leadership, coaching and skills training programs, Sonja has designed between 20-30 leadership development programs annually, covering development areas like time management, delegation, communication, coaching, conflict management, feedback giving to team development, mediation or/and change.

Annette has coached over 500 executives worldwide and thrives working within a corporate environment across different industries and regions. She strongly believes in cross-sector collaboration. Her style is direct and supportive, and her pragmatic approach helps her in identifying new effective client solutions. Annette also has an expertise with NGOs and governmental organizations in helping them bring different parties together. She has supported various health centers in Rwanda with trainings on management and leadership and recently returned from Ethiopia, where she facilitated an emergency-planning meeting with 100 participants for the UN World Food Program.

Sara Asady is a business psychologist with global expertise in assessment design and development as well as psychometric and ‘big data’ analysis. Sara has designed and delivered multiple bespoke solutions for clients from across a diverse range of industry sectors, including financial services, local government, oil and gas, retail, charity, and professional services. 

Working across Europe, Sara has assessed individuals in a multitude of roles – from individual contributors to managers of managers – within both assessment and development settings. Creating comprehensive individual reports, and providing tailored, actionable one-on-one feedback.  

Sara holds an MSc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as the Association of Business Psychology (ABP) and is TUOA/P accredited. 

Roland Kienzler is passionate about business, leadership, digital transformation, and the human side of the business, and he is often tapped as an inspirational speaker. 

As the founder of HumanWork Consulting, Roland brings extensive global experience in individual and business coaching, leadership, transformation, human resources management, and digitalization. Roland served as a senior human resource leader for Feldschlösschen Group in Rheinfelden, Switzerland, (Brewery), Myonic AG in Biel, Switzerland and Novartis Pharma AG in Basel, Switzerland. For over 12 years he was chief human resources officer and a member of the Group Executive Board for the Endress + Hauser Group, a family-owned automation technology company.

Vinay brings two decades of coaching expertise combined with real business knowledge working in the corporate world. Vinay specializes as a transition and transformational coach, leadership, and talent development consultant. He inspires business professionals and leaders to develop clarity, build confidence and lead with purpose.

Vinay’s philosophy is “You must let yourself in!” and asks his clients to give themselves full permission to experiment, learn through their insights, have fun and “show up” the way they’d like to show up every time in their life. Jen is an organization and leadership development consultant and coach who is driven by the belief that personal effectiveness, team performance, and organizational success are connected. As a former human resources and organization development executive herself, Jen is an accomplished partner with senior leaders in building leadership effectiveness throughout the organization, enhancing the emotional intelligence of individuals and teams, and driving talent strategy aligned with business strategy. She brings a curious, disciplined, and optimistic energy to clients, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, uncertain, and complex situations.  

After originally pursuing an academic career in psychology, Jen re-imagined her purpose and direction to focus her career on the psychology of leadership and interpersonal and team dynamics. Jen holds a PhD in psychology from West Virginia University. She is a CORE™ Certified Executive Coach as well as certified in multiple globally distributed tools, assessments, and development programs.

When not working, Jen is exploring the world with her husband and their dog. After enjoying life in Denver, Colorado, Jen and her family moved to Paris to fulfill a long-time dream. Jen feels most at home on her bicycle or in the water and is a 3-time Ironman triathlon finisher. Jen also enjoys literature, music, global cuisine, and meditation, and will try (almost) anything once. 

Passionate about sustainable change and transformation, Michael has been involved in driving large and complex change initiatives in multinational companies for the last 20 years. 

Michael focuses primarily on people rather than processes. His coaching style combines empathetic support with an insightful challenge. He likes to try out new approaches to bring in fresh perspectives and enable his clients to arrive at their own answers and commit to action. Lisa holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from New York University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in International Relations from the University of New York at Buffalo. She is a certified coach through iPEC, an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program. 

In her free time, Lisa spends time with her life partner, friends, and family, practicing yoga, cooking, skiing, hiking with her two dogs, and traveling around the world.
