Madeleine is a leadership consultant with a focus on learning and development, psychometric assessments, and organizational psychology.
She is passionate about helping organizations unlock their people’s potential through evidence-based talent solutions. Her experience working across Norway, Canada, and Germany, combined with her fluency in German, English, and French, has deepened her interest in how cross-cultural dynamics shape effective leadership and team performance.
At Human Edge, Madeleine supports learning initiatives, leadership and team development programs, and psychometric research, helping organizations make informed decisions about their people. She is also in the process of earning her Coactive Coaching Certification to further develop her coaching skills. Prior to this, as an HR leader, she oversaw performance management, employee engagement, and corporate culture efforts.
She holds an MSc in Leadership & Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a BA in International Business from Dresden University of Applied Sciences.
In her free time, Madeleine enjoys outdoor activities, dancing salsa and travelling the world.
