It also, looks at a sub-set of energy management or human performance which is an indicator of performance which is a precursor for potential.
The assessment report includes an executive summary with clear recommendation, scores on potential, versatility, learning agility and emotional intelligence, as well as key derailer risks. It also reports out the 11 powers ans 14 critical competencies for Senior Leaders, based on the CORE™ Leadership assessment.
