Meet Our Coaches
Adam Gold
With 30 years of professional services experience, Adam brings a strong business acumen and deep understanding of human behaviour to helping senior leaders and teams develop themselves and architect change programmes for lasting impact.
An accomplished executive coach, Adam facilitates leadership development programmes, high performance teams, and large change programmes with Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his 30-year career, he been dedicated to coaching leaders in developing lasting behavioral changes for high impact business results.
For 15 years, Adam was one of three directors who developed and led the Cooper’s & Lybrand change management methodology (adopted globally in 1997) and co-authored the C&L publication “Change Management – a guide to getting it right.” While at Watson Wyatt, Adam worked with the managing partners and executive team to institute account management thinking, systems, practices, and behaviours.
Adam has lived and worked abroad. In his professional life. His work has taken him to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Spain, Italy, the USA, and Africa.
Adam holds a B.A. Hons in International Relations from Keele University and an MBA from The Wharton Business School. Adam is a CORE™ Certified Executive Coach, a certified coach from Tavistock Consultancy Service (part of the Tavistock & Portman NHS Trust), a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is also certified in Hogan Psychometric tools.
Adi Breuer
Adi Breuer is a Senior Leadership & Talent Developer, Instructional Designer, Facilitator, Executive & Team Coach. With more than 25 years of international experience in leadership development and finance, Adi possesses a unique global cultural orientation, having worked with global Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofits across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia. Adi creates and facilitates experiential leadership programs and leadership development solutions that empower people and drive business results. He has a deep passion for developing leaders who put people first. It is a way for him to contribute to a better experience of life for all of us.
Adi is adept with banking, international trade finance, and setting up operations for startups. His competencies also include his work in commercial real estate development, health care, pharma, the gaming industry, oil and gas and logistics. He has aided numerous clients solve complex organizational challenges; provided advice that builds organizational cohesion, health and flexibility; supported leaders through critical transformations, and facilitated individual/team coaching sessions on varied subjects.
Adi complements his practical experience with relevant credentials, including accreditation as an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-active Coach (The Coaches Training Institute), Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global), Certification in the Administration of Psychometric Assessments (MBTI), and 360 Degree Assessments (Center for Creative Leadership).

Annette Thum
An expert in leadership development, organizational change, and executive and team coaching, Annette Thum has designed and implemented innovative leadership development projects, created team events, lead change-processes.
Annette has coached over 500 executives worldwide and thrives working within a corporate environment across different industries and regions. She strongly believes in cross-sector collaboration. Her style is direct and supportive, and her pragmatic approach helps her in identifying new effective client solutions. Annette also has an expertise with NGOs and governmental organizations in helping them bring different parties together. She has supported various health centers in Rwanda with trainings on management and leadership and recently returned from Ethiopia, where she facilitated an emergency-planning meeting with 100 participants for the UN World Food Program.
In addition to a master’s degree in International Politics, Economics, and American Studies, Annette holds a PhD in Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility. Annette is a CORE™ Certified Executive Coach and has been certified in conflict settlement as well as various psychological certifications (e.g., in Gestalt, NLP, Coaching and Systems Thinking) from Harvard University and is familiar with different assessment instruments (e.g., MBTI Step II, FIRO-B, CDP, Hogan Suite and various 360 Feedback Profilers).
She serves on the faculty and as a coach for Duke Executive Education. She has worked in over 30 countries and lives with her partner and his children in Berlin. A native German speaker, Annette is fluent in English and has familiarity with both French and Spanish.
Christina Dahlblom
Christina combines her 15+ years of coaching experience with 20 years of managerial experience in the professional services industry (as business unit director, CEO, founder, partner), and 10+ years as a board member and chair in organizations of different kinds (five public, several private and family-owned companies, foundations and NGOs). During her 20 years as a consultant, Christina has worked with dozens of companies from all sectors to develop leadership, strategy, culture and governance.
Originally a Ph.D in marketing and customer loyalty, a key interest during Christina’s career in both managerial, consultative and board roles has been to understand, influence, manage and measure human behavior in organizations, be it as customers or employees. She has a holistic view of humans, and believes all good leadership starts with self-leadership and optimized health and wellbeing. Her first coaching experience is from the 1990’s, when she trained as a junior golf coach, and grew her club’s pool of active girl juniors to become Finland’s largest.
Christina works with individual leadership as well as management team coaching and development initiatives. She combines her coaching work with the part-time roles of Professor of Practice at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki (department of management and organization), and several board and nomination committee positions.
Christina works fluently in English, Swedish and Finnish, and understands basic Nordic languages, French and Spanish.
Christina holds a Ph.D. in marketing from Hanken School of Economics, trained as a business coach in 2008 and gained a certification for board work in 2012. She is certified to conduct Workplace Big 5 personality, team and 360 profiles, eQi emotional intelligence profiles, Maaslach Burnout inventory assessments. She also facilitates the Change Pro change simulation, widely used in some of the world’s leading business schools. In her coaching projects, she frequently designs tailored assessments and conducts in-depth observations of management team collaboration.
Diana De Wit
Diana De Wit is an Executive Coach passionate about enabling leaders to fully develop their inner talents and strengths in order to reach their fullest potential.
With 25 years’ experience as international HR Director Diana has a track record of successfully supporting, coaching and developing CEO’s, leadership teams and line managers to a higher level of leadership and team effectiveness.
Her style is collaborative, flexible whilst staying dedicated to the client’s objective. She is able to quickly understand the client’s world and facilitate the exploration of new insights and discoveries with a view of creating sustainable transformation. In this exploration, she helps clients to understand what is holding them back and formulate empowering beliefs that can lead them to take consistent and meaningful action.
She has worked with many international leaders and teams across Europe and North America to enhance their leadership effectiveness so they can enable their teams to navigate through uncertain times and still deliver business objectives. She has extensive experience designing and delivering personal, leadership, commercial and team effectiveness programs, based on the methodology of Insights Discovery and Enneagram.
Diana is an experienced PCC Coach and has successfully completed two ICF accredited Coaching degrees. Furthermore she is an accredited Enneagram Practitioner and Insights Practitioner, CORE Coach, next to holding an Accreditation in Change Management from PROSCI.
Emily Koolen
Emily is a Leadership Coach & Consultant with extensive experience in multiple, global sectors with a passion for growing businesses, teams, and leaders in new, innovative, and human ways. She has proven capabilities and demonstrated success partnering and advising executives and communities with an emphasis on future ways to work, transformative leadership, and real culture development.
Emily has over 10 years of coaching experience supporting leaders and teams through change, personal transformation, and leadership challenges. She is experienced in individual leaders from emerging leaders to C-Suite Executives as well as teams in conflict, change and who are creating or combining organisational cultures and environments (such as mergers & acquisitions). She’s been an active volunteer coaching women to empowerment, career transitions, new leaders, and those transitioning back into the workplace from parental leave, education, and more.
She creates meaningful experiences, journeys , and interventions (in-person, virtual, and blended) that promote curiosity and learning deeper, personal, and transformative ways. Fadela Hilali
Fadela is an international leadership consultant and coach with a focus on Emotional Intelligence, Diversity and Inclusion and Psychological safety in the workplace.
Fadela is passionate about creating leadership cultures that promote connection, trust and collaboration in the workplace. Her experience living in four countries, combined with her fluency in Arabic, French, Spanish and English has made her particularly interested in the role of multicultural awareness in creating high performance cultures.
She is the Founder of “The Confidence Bootcamp”, a development program or professionals who want to overcome self-doubt, build genuine confidence and boost their self-esteem in every area of their life.
She holds a Masters in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London, a Masters in International Relations and a Bachelor with a double major in Economics and Spanish. She is a certified coach by MOE, an accredited Association for Coaching (AC) programme and a certified NLP practitioner and NLP coach by Inspire 360, a centre approved by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP).
At home, Fadela spends her free time trying to keep up with her energetic young daughter, practicing yoga and learning salsa with her partner.
Farsana Burmeister
Farsana has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and executing corporate wide strategic talent management solutions and initiatives in global organizations. She has deep expertise in change and transformation management with an agile mindset and approach. Farsana is passionate about leadership and executive development. She has worked across multiple cultures and markets and demonstrates a global perspective.
Her background made her realize the importance of coaching in the current scenario of the corporate world. She coaches C-level executives, managers, and leaders at various levels to develop their skills and realize their potential.
Farsana also guides teams in finding a better way to work together to achieve the maximum through active listening, powerful questioning and activating the resources of each individual.
Her coaching style reflects her belief that all parts of life are interconnected, and that performance is linked to individual health and the ability of self-care. That’s why she takes a holistic coaching approach in helping organizations/teams/individuals to maximize their energy and productivity level.
Farsana holds a master’s degree in economics from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. She is a certified Business Coach and NLP practitioner by DVNLP e.V., an Agile Coach by Digital Business School Digethic GmbH and a Health and Selfcare Coach by INHESA GmbH. She also has a certification in Organizational Development & Agility from Hult Ashridge International Business School.
She lives with her husband and dog in Hamburg. Farsana speaks German, English and Dari.
Jennifer O’Donnell, PhD
Jen is an organization and leadership development consultant and coach who is driven by the belief that personal effectiveness, team performance, and organizational success are connected. As a former human resources and organization development executive herself, Jen is an accomplished partner with senior leaders in building leadership effectiveness throughout the organization, enhancing the emotional intelligence of individuals and teams, and driving talent strategy aligned with business strategy. She brings a curious, disciplined, and optimistic energy to clients, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, uncertain, and complex situations.
After originally pursuing an academic career in psychology, Jen re-imagined her purpose and direction to focus her career on the psychology of leadership and interpersonal and team dynamics. When working with clients, Jen takes a holistic approach. She seeks to examine self, team, and organization as integrated systems rather than as separate entities and believes that achieving what we want is largely a result of getting out of our own way. Only then can meaningful, sustainable change occur.
Jen has extensive experience in areas such as leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, conflict management and collaboration, truth-telling and feedback, and change and transition. She’s coached senior executives through leadership transitions, consulted with teams experiencing significant change and interpersonal pain, and developed world-class programs that have established the organization’s talent and leadership culture as competitive differentiators.
Jen holds a PhD in psychology from West Virginia University. She is a CORE™ Certified Executive Coach as well as certified in multiple globally distributed tools, assessments, and development programs.
When not working, Jen is exploring the world with her husband and their dog. After enjoying life in Denver, Colorado, Jen and her family moved to Paris to fulfill a long-time dream. Jen feels most at home on her bicycle or in the water and is a 3-time Ironman triathlon finisher. Jen also enjoys literature, music, global cuisine, and meditation, and will try (almost) anything once.
Lisa Danels
Lisa Danels is a senior executive, talent and leadership consultant, author, speaker and executive coach. Lisa’s focus is on developing mindful and purpose-driven leaders, unlocking their full leadership potential.
With over two decades of broad business experience, Lisa brings deep insight and sharp clarity to complex leadership issues. She has coached C-level executives, high potentials, and leaders transitioning to new or bigger roles. Her thoughtful, probing approach coupled with her strong business acumen focuses individuals and teams. Whether setting strategic direction, building a winning team, or achieving exceptional performance, Lisa understands the behaviors and actions required to get results.
Lisa holds a master’s degree in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from New York University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in International Relations from the University of New York at Buffalo. She is a certified coach through iPEC, an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program.
In her free time, Lisa spends time with her life partner, friends, and family, practicing yoga, cooking, skiing, hiking with her two dogs, and traveling around the world.
Marta Salgado De Corral
Executive leadership coach Marta Salgado de Corral has extensive experience in talent development and human resources consulting. She coaches C-level executives, managers, and leaders at all levels from around the globe, focusing on career transition, new roles, team management, expatriation, and leadership development. She works with clients on managing leadership challenges through executive coaching and custom programs that include training and team facilitation, change management consulting, talent development, and team coaching.

Michaël Gambs
Passionate about sustainable change and transformation, Michael has been involved in driving large and complex change initiatives in multinational companies for the last 20 years.
Michael focuses primarily on people rather than processes. His coaching style combines empathetic support with an insightful challenge. He likes to try out new approaches to bring in fresh perspectives and enable his clients to arrive at their own answers and commit to action. In working with leaders, Michael strives to have them learn how to balance business with people and provide them with the tools and mindset necessary to thrive in an uncertain and complex world.
With a background in management consulting, Michael was Director of Global Leadership Development at Swarovski. While there, he developed the Leadership Academy and jointly with Ashridge Business School; this innovative collaboration was recognized by a Gold Award from EFMD and a Silver Award from Training Journal in 2016.
Michael holds a master’s in marketing, management and communications and a bachelor’s in marketing management. He is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) and is a solution-focused coaching through ICF-accredited Solutions Surfers / Peter Szabo. Michael has followed a rigorous training on Virtual Coaching with Ashridge Executive Education (Virtual Action Learning – Ghislaine Caulat). Additionally, he is licensed to use several psychometric tests (CORE, Firo B, MBTI) and introduces them when appropriate to coaching sessions.

Renee Anderson
Renee Anderson has over 25 years of global experience, advising senior teams, virtual teams, and groups in matrix structures. Her keen ability to strategize and integrate business knowledge with viable outcomes helps leaders achieve a greater impact. Renee is trusted as a thought partner, listener, and challenger and is experienced in creating and executing global D&I strategies.
Through effective probing and challenging, Renee’s coaching helps leaders gain new perspectives about themselves, their team, and their stakeholder group. Her style is described as, “Using candor with care: open, direct and grounding, encouraging, and results-oriented.”
Renee holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Denver Campus, and a BA in Business Administration and French from Concordia College, MN. She’s also a certified executive coach from Columbia University.
Roland Kienzler
Roland Kienzler is passionate about business, leadership, digital transformation, and the human side of the business, and he is often tapped as an inspirational speaker.
As the founder of HumanWork Consulting, Roland brings extensive global experience in individual and business coaching, leadership, transformation, human resources management, and digitalization. Roland served as a senior human resource leader for Feldschlösschen Group in Rheinfelden, Switzerland, (Brewery), Myonic AG in Biel, Switzerland and Novartis Pharma AG in Basel, Switzerland. For over 12 years he was chief human resources officer and a member of the Group Executive Board for the Endress + Hauser Group, a family-owned automation technology company.
Roland holds master’s degrees in corporate communication management (FHNW) and human capital management (ZHAW from the University of Basel, where he also studied law. Roland is a Global Executive MBA with dual degrees from the University of St. Gallen and the University of Toronto. He is a certified Digital Transformation Officer, Certified Executive CORE™ Coach and partners with Human Edge.

Rufaro Maunze-Bhebhe
Rufaro is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience with several global organizations and sectors. Her expertise includes banking & financial services, socio-economic development, executive search, impact investment, strategy, human capital development, consulting and advisory. She has also lived and worked in multiple countries, cultural settings across several continents.
She sits as a non-executive director on a listed FMCG company, a listed diversified Agribusiness and a specialist Fiduciary Financial Services company in addition to serving as a volunteer Trustee and Board member on a number of not for profits in the women empowerment and conservation and environmental restoration space.
Rufaro is passionate about developing people and the leader within. She has trained & coached leaders and leadership teams through change/ business transitions, in dealing with group dynamics, use of self, and resilience in turbulent and crisis environments. She combines a coaching style of active listening, powerful enquiry and facilitating productive exchange.

Sarah Martin
Sarah Martin is an ICF ACC Executive Coach, AGILE Scrum Master, and CORE feedback coach with 20 years background in developmental & organizational psychology, education, guidance counselling and cognitive behaviour therapy in Australia & Europe.
She is passionate about human transformation and the ripple-out effect of meaningful change in family and business systems, communities, and at the global level. She specializes in motivation & engagement, resilience, work-life balance, accountability & achievement, influence, networking, confidence, managing conflict, leading change and workplace re-entry after family leave.
She coaches people, not problems, encouraging clients to consider their whole self. Sarah creates a safe place for clients to explore limiting assumptions and deepen the client’s understanding of their unique strengths and challenges, helping them find and tell their stories, reframe the ones holding them back, and create the story they truly want to live.

Sonja Robinson
Sonja Robinson is an executive coach focused on establishing relationships of mutual trust. Acting as a thought leader within talent management, Sonja coaches individuals and teams at middle and senior level to enhance personal and professional learning and growth, increase performance, and deliver impactful results for the organization. With an expertise in designing and managing customized leadership, coaching and skills training programs, Sonja has designed between 20-30 leadership development programs annually, covering development areas like time management, delegation, communication, coaching, conflict management, feedback giving to team development, mediation or/and change.
She has managed and delivered multicultural project teams of up to 20 on global event projects with FIFA, collaborating with team members and senior level stakeholders including CEOs, politicians, diplomats and members of Royalty and government. Sonja has also taken part in Volunteer Leadership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Sophie Medem
Sophie is an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach, and has partnered with hundreds of organizations from various industries, ranging from early stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, empowering leaders to achieve their team’s goals. As the first employee at Torch, a VC backed tech scaleup in Silicon Valley, she built both the coach operations and customer success departments from scratch, experiencing first hand what it takes for a company to go from an idea to a series C raise. Prior to living in the US, Sophie worked as an HR leader in the non-profit space, building and leading the People Operations department of an NGO that brings safe sanitation solutions to hundreds of families in Peru.
Sophie is passionate about helping individuals expand their self-awareness. She firmly believes that the workplace needs to be leveraged as a unique environment to grow as human beings, in order for each of us to connect to our true purpose and have the best possible impact on our surroundings.
Sophie holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University, with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence and Executive Coaching. She has lived and worked in three continents and speaks German, Spanish and English fluently. When she’s not working, she enjoys chasing her one-and-a-half-year-old son around, observing his little personality shine through and trying to decipher his first words. She enjoys running half-marathons, loves experimenting with her Thermomix in the kitchen, and tending to her vegetable garden. Sophie and her family recently moved back to her hometown, Vienna, after living abroad for ten years.
Vinay Deshpande
Vinay brings two decades of coaching expertise combined with real business knowledge working in the corporate world. Vinay specializes as a transition and transformational coach, leadership, and talent development consultant. He inspires business professionals and leaders to develop clarity, build confidence and lead with purpose.
Vinay’s philosophy is “You must let yourself in!” and asks his clients to give themselves full permission to experiment, learn through their insights, have fun and “show up” the way they’d like to show up every time in their life. To thrive in today’s world, Vinay believes one must first become aware of one’s strengths, beliefs, and underlying patterns and then consciously work on them to achieve their full potential.
