She’s been raising Swiss market awareness of Right Management as a global and innovative expert in Talent Management Solutions.
Sonja designed and managed over 20-30 global and local, tailor-made interventions per year in the Leadership Development together with local and global clients. Training topics ranged from basic Leadership skills including time management, delegation, communication, coaching, conflict management, feedback giving to team development, mediation or/and change.
She successfully managed various, local and global client project teams within Korn Ferry, Right Management, FIFA and Four Seasons Hotels 10 years. Dedicated to support, develop and to preserve the standards of professional Coaching in order to serve corporate and personal clients at the highest levels of competency, integrity and professionalism, Sonja took part in Volunteer Leadership with the International Coaching Federation.
