Sonja Robinson has been an Executive Coach focusing on acquiring and establishing client relationships of mutual trust and acting as thought leader within Talent Management competencies and solutions to inspire, guide and support clients and create sustainable value for their people development strategies both in virtual and physical mode. She coaches individuals and teams at middle and senior level, to enhance personal and professional learning and growth, increase performance and thus contribute significantly to the organizational success. Sonja defines, designs and delivers customized regional and global leadership, sales and coaching skills training programs in close collaboration with the client, ensuring meaningful and effective Talent Development and Performance Management.

Sonja contributed to the massive expansion of the client network in Switzerland; onboarding 50 new SMEs alongside 9 major blue chip organizations as new clients across industries; Pharmaceutical, Telecommunication, Industrial, Luxury Consumer Goods and Finance. She’s been raising Swiss market awareness of Right Management as a global and innovative expert in Talent Management Solutions.

Sonja designed and managed over 20-30 global and local, tailor-made interventions per year in the Leadership Development together with local and global clients. Training topics ranged from basic Leadership skills including time management, delegation, communication, coaching, conflict management, feedback giving to team development, mediation or/and change.

She successfully managed various, local and global client project teams within Korn Ferry, Right Management, FIFA and Four Seasons Hotels 10 years. Dedicated to support, develop and to preserve the standards of professional Coaching in order to serve corporate and personal clients at the highest levels of competency, integrity and professionalism, Sonja took part in Volunteer Leadership with the International Coaching Federation. She managed and delivered multicultural project teams of up to 20 team members on global event projects with FIFA, collaborating with team members and stakeholders on all Seniority Levels including CEO’s, politicians, diplomats and members of Royalty and government
